Flourless Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 225g dark chocolate (70% cacao solids)
- 225g unsalted butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150g almonds
- 100g walnuts
Preliminaries
- Finely ground the almonds
- Chop walnuts roughly
- Square baking tin 24x24cm: grease and dust with ground almonds
Preparation
- Melt butter and chocolate in a soucepan on very low heat
- Beat eggs into the butter-chocolate-mass one after the other
- Add sugar and almonds
- Fold in the walnuts
- Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes
